SUMMARY:
As a Registered Nurse Level IV, you will leverage your clinical expertise and leadership skills to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients. Additionally, you will serve as a mentor to fellow team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care on the unit.
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Clifton Springs Hospital is a 6-bed, intensive care unit specializing in complex medical, post-surgical and critical care. We provide exceptional, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population with a primary focus on medical and critical care making our unit a dynamic and rewarding environment for nurses and healthcare professionals seeking to advance their clinical skills.

This position is part of the Registered Nurse Level IV (Clinical Nurse IV) role and requires the following to be completed within 12 months of employment:
Completion of the Clinical Ladder binder
A minimum of 5 activities in each pillar: Leadership, Quality, Organizational Contribution
15 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

LOCATION: Clifton Springs Hospital
DEPARTMENT: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
SCHEDULE: Day/Evening/Night - Every other weekend / holiday
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
Minimum of 6 months experience as a registered nurse.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
