Essential Job Duties

  • Receive & match inbound shipments to corresponding open Purchase Orders.
  • Inspect, and put into stock servers, switches and other spare parts.
  • Enter, maintain and report inventory data via SAP.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies; make appropriate adjustments in SAP (increments/decrements).
  • Maintain bins and put away locations in the inventory warehouse and on SAP.
  • Pull inventory upon request.
  • Perform cycle counts of inventory to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Assist Operations team with shipping and packaging as needed.
  • Lead annual physical inventory.
  • Physical fitness is required to perform many of the job functions, such as: carrying boxes, climbing stairs with materials, bending over/stooping to pull inventory from lower racks, reaching to pull or put-away inventory, lifting some fairly heavy products occasionally.


Competencies

  • Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail/data accuracy/quality of work is critical.
  • Ability to perform both desk/system work, as well as physical activities.
  • Ability to work quickly to address high volume of action items.


Experience

  • Prior experience handling and working with IT hardware a plus.
  • Inventory management experience.


Software Requirements

  • Experience in SAP or SAP By Design is preferred.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)


Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.
