The Service Line Manager for Advanced Practice Providers within Urgent Care will work with healthcare providers, nursing and operational leadership to assure the delivery of state of the art clinical care. With that, he/she will operationalize the core RRH values by developing and sustaining an environment which supports excellence in the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) clinical practice and the care of the patients. Facilitating both clinical education and clinical investigation to advance the art and science of professional practices and promoting the professional development of APP workforce across RRH are also responsibilities for the Service Line Manager.

NP - Nurse Practitioner Certification - New York State Education Department (NYSED), PA-C - Certified Physician Assistant - National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.For disease specific care programs refer to the program specific requirements of the department for further specifications on experience and educational expectations, including continuing education requirements.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
