Job Title: Clinic LPN
Department: Physician Practice Management
Location: Potsdam, NY
Hours Per Week: Per Diem
Schedule: 8-hour variable day shifts, floating required
SUMMARY: The licensed practical nurse performing tasks and responsibilities within the framework of casefinding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a licensed health care provider.

PAY RANGE:
$25.51 - $37.38The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
