Job Title: Chemical Dependency Aide
Department: Inpatient Addiction Recovery Services
Location: 20 Cottage Street; Potsdam, NY
Hours Per Week: Per Diem
Schedule: Varies
SUMMARY:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. (50%) Supervise patients, including coordination of activities, meals and ADL’s.
2. (25%) Clerical functions and ordering.
3. (15%) Transport urines, register patients, accompany patients to appointments.
4. (10%) Documentation
- On-the-job orientation and in-services provided
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma/Equivalent.

PAY RANGE:
$18.46 - $26.24The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
