The anticipated salary range for this position is $80-90k Base salary, plus an uncapped variable target of 60K, at plan. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
Job Summary
Manages sales directly to end-users of the company’s products, solutions, and services to achieve revenue, margin and sales targets within a defined territory or group of assigned customer accounts. Performs relationship management, develops sales strategy, and provides service support for assigned accounts. Ensures customer needs are acknowledged and addressed in a timely manner.
Territory: CA, OR, WA, AZ, NV
Overnight travel as well as windshield time required. 6 overnights a month +/- to cover territory effectively.
Selling: QSight Perpetual Inventory Management | Owens & Minor
Call points: Supply Chain, clinical leaders, finance, IT.
Additional info: Primary role is to retain and grow existing business. AE may pursue net new business in conjunction with Director. Very important that we have someone willing to be a road warrior. Looking for someone capable of learning tech quickly and translating feature/benefit into persuasive value statements to targets. Tenacity and hunger. Competitive nature. Very strong EQ and people skills. Prefer someone with strong sales experience OR strong experience in this space or experience in clinical environments – OR, IR, Cath, EP, etc; potentially in Healthcare Supply Chain.
