-執行RMA不良品(Failure Analysis-FA)分析.提出改善建議,協助提升產品品質
-分析並診斷客戶的技術問題,提供有效的解決方案。
2.外包/據點培訓與教育:
-為外包/據點進行培訓,確保能夠充分理解並有效使用產品並稽核作業品質
-撰寫並更新技術檔與使用手冊,幫助解決常見問題。
3.內部協作與知識分享:
-與內部工程團隊合作,確保技術問題能夠迅速解決。
-分享技術知識與最佳實踐,提升團隊整體技術能力。
4.產品測試與反饋:
-參與新產品的測試與驗證,確保產品符合客戶需求。
-收集並分析客戶反饋,向產品開發團隊提供改進建議。
5.技術專案管理:
-管理自身專業領域的技術專案,協調工作與資源,確保專案按時完成。
-提供資淺同事非正式的指導,幫助他們提升技術能力。
