KRQE is on the hunt for a creative go-getter to help us launch brand-new, original (non-news) programming!      If you love to create, shoot, host, and produce content that connects with people, this is your chance to shine.    Bonus points if you’re a natural storyteller!      We also need someone who can keep things organized and on track as our projects roll out across multiple platforms.      No news experience required — just bring your creativity and energy.

• Produce content for broadcast across streaming service, television, digital, and social platforms.
• Shoot stories to go into shows on our streaming service.
• Monitor all shows with release dates on all platforms.
• Edit video and prepare packages for all screens.
• Write, edit, and post stories to the station website and other eMedia platforms.
• Interact with viewers and audiences through social media engagement.
• Collaborate with anchors, reporters, and production staff to deliver impactful storytelling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
   

Requirements & Skills:

• Hands-on experience with cameras, editing, producing, and writing.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in film, television or news production.
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong judgment with the ability to balance multiple topics at once.
• Proficiency in production systems, editing software, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
