Why Campbell’s…
How You Will Make History Here…
The Campbell’s Company is building a powerhouse team within its newly formed Growth Office—bringing together consumer‑centric, business‑building marketers who are redefining how iconic food brands show up in culture. In this role, you will help shape a bold, fast‑moving in‑house creative studio that blends the agility of a startup with the scale of a global brand portfolio. Your work will directly influence how consumers engage with food today by creating content that is culturally relevant, strategically grounded, and creatively inspiring.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with flexible in-studio presence based on production needs. While the standard schedule includes two remote and three in-office days per week, studio demands may require additional on-site availability during shoots, campaign launches, or high-volume production periods.
What You Will Do…
Manage the in‑house content studio from concept through delivery across formats including short‑form video, eComm assets, social campaigns, and digital display.
Supervise and mentor junior producers and support staff to foster a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.
Collaborate with creatives—art directors, writers, designers, editors, photographers—to bring ideas to life and elevate brand storytelling.
Provide strategic production oversight on agency‑led campaigns to ensure alignment with brand goals and studio standards.
Own production timelines, budgets, scopes, and workflows across multiple concurrent projects, maintaining high creative and operational standards.
Partner with cross‑functional teams (brand marketing, shopper, digital, eComm) to ensure content meets business needs and platform requirements.
Build and refine studio processes and scalable ways of working to support growth and efficiency.
Manage external agencies and production partners, including scopes, contracts, calendars, and final delivery.
Stay curious and forward‑focused by leveraging emerging tools and technologies—including AI and automation—to elevate both process and output.
Flex between hands‑on production and high‑level oversight depending on project scope and complexity.
