The Workforce Management Analyst partners closely with Store Operations and Brand teams to deliver actionable insights through advanced reporting, analytics, and labor standards management. This role develops, automates, and maintains workforce reports, dashboards, and labor standards to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and deliver comprehensive workforce analytics and reporting by integrating data from multiple HR, workforce management, and operational systems to track and interpret headcount movements such as hiring, promotions, terminations, and internal transfers across diverse retail brands and geographic locations
Maintain and continuously improve labor standards by ensuring data compliance and accuracy in workforce planning processes, supporting consistent application across all business units and aligning with evolving organizational needs
Utilize advanced analytics tools—including SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, and Excel—to automate reporting workflows, standardize dashboards, and optimize the delivery of workforce insights, ensuring scalability, consistency, and real-time decision-making support
Ensure data integrity, quality, and reliability across all workforce datasets and analytics outputs, delivering actionable insights to executive leadership, HR, and Operations stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
Act as a subject matter expert in labor analytics and reporting, advising cross-functional teams on data best practices, labor standards interpretation, and performance benchmarking, while contributing to the development of internal analytical capabilities
Lead and support technology and process optimization initiatives by implementing, enhancing, and integrating workforce management and HR systems such as Reflexis/Workcloud, Kronos/UKG, SAP, and Workday to streamline labor reporting, improve planning accuracy, and increase operational efficiency
Define, align, and standardize key people analytics metrics and labor standards in collaboration with Workforce Management (WFM), Operations, and Brand Teams to ensure consistency across all reporting platforms and support strategic labor planning efforts
Build strong relationships with cross-brand leadership to understand business goals, deliver impactful presentations, and advise on workforce trends, ensuring data-driven decisions through clear communication of analytics findings and labor insights
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of two years of experience in retail or related field, ideally including project management and systems knowledge
Strong working knowledge of retail store systems, policies, and procedures
Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously while providing clear verbal and written recommendations to management
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to leverage these platforms for reporting, collaboration, and analysis
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across various levels and functions within and outside the organization
Detail-orientated with strong organizational skills and the ability to apply innovative, critical thinking to solve complex problems efficiently

The salary range for this opportunity is $75,000- $90,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors
