We’re looking for a Voice of the Customer (VOC) Senior Analyst to play a key role in transforming customer feedback into actionable insights that shape business strategy across all touchpoints.

On the technical side, you’ll manage Medallia data sources — cleaning, enriching, and automating outputs into Tableau for analysis — with a strong emphasis on SQL and tools like Tableau Prep (and ideally, Alteryx). More importantly, you’ll partner with Marketing Analytics, Consumer Analytics, Omnichannel Analytics, and other stakeholders to connect VOC data with complementary insights, creating a holistic customer story that guides recommendations and strategic decisions across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across analytics functions (Marketing, Consumer, Omnichannel) and business stakeholders to enrich VOC data with broader insights

  • Build a holistic view of the customer journey, identifying pain points, motivations, and behaviors across all touchpoints

  • Analyze sentiment and feedback to uncover trends and opportunities for root cause analysis

  • Quantify impact, prioritize insights, and translate findings into business recommendations

  • Create compelling visualizations and clear narratives to influence decision-making at all levels

  • Contribute to evolving the VOC platform roadmap to ensure data quality and strategic alignment

  • Manage back-end support of Medallia data sources using SQL to clean, join, and enrich data

  • Use Tableau Prep (and potentially Alteryx) to structure and prepare data pipelines

  • Automate survey data outputs into Tableau for reporting and enterprise-wide analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2+ years of experience in Voice of the Customer analytics, customer insights, or digital/enterprise analytics

  • 2+ years of experience with Medallia and 1+ year(s) with SQL

  • Proficiency in Tableau (including Tableau Prep) and Excel for visualization and reporting

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and connections in data

  • Ability to understand and interpret databases and back-end data systems

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, both written and verbal

  • Passion for amplifying the voice of the customer to drive strategy

  • Experience with Alteryx for data preparation and automation

  • Experience collaborating across multiple analytics functions (Marketing, Consumer, Omnichannel)
