JOB SUMMARY:
The Product Manager for Customer Unification & Profile Management plays a pivotal role in managing initiatives focused on unifying customer data and optimizing profile management strategies. This position involves the development and execution of a strategic roadmap to enhance data integration, identity resolution, and profile activation, contributing to the organization’s customer data platform goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of customer data management, and experience working in MarTech environments. This role includes managerial responsibilities and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
5-7 years of relevant work experience in customer and digital strategy or digital servicing
Proven experience in a product management role, focusing on customer data management or related fields.
Strong understanding of customer data platforms, identity resolution, and profile management solutions.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into strategic product roadmaps and actionable tasks.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Experience & Skills: Confluence, Sharepoint, Adobe Suite - AJO, AE
