The Creative Director role represents an expansion of scope from Art Director, reflecting increased strategic responsibility, enterprise-level creative ownership, and broader cross-functional leadership. This role builds upon strong visual craft and executional excellence, adding accountability for creative strategy, brand evolution, and measurable business impact.

The Creative Director reports to the Senior Creative Director. This reporting structure ensures alignment to overarching brand vision while allowing this role to own campaigns and creative initiatives within a defined scope.

Key Responsibilities

· Translate business priorities into clear creative strategies and campaign frameworks.

· Define and evolve brand storytelling within assigned verticals.

· Lead integrated campaign development across marketing channels.

· Oversee execution across site, email, paid media, social, and brand initiatives.

· Direct major production efforts with strategic oversight.

· Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Performance, and Tech teams.

· Present creative strategy to executive stakeholders.

· Mentor and elevate Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Project Managers.

· Monitor creative performance and optimize based on insights.

· Balance brand equity with revenue-driving execution.
