Sr. Interface Analyst – Vancouver Clinic

Location: Vancouver WA

Hiring Range: $87,000/yr to $118,000/yr, commensurate with experience
 

Vancouver Clinic is seeking an Interface Analyst to support and maintain computer system software and applications, with a focus on Epic and related healthcare systems. This role partners with management and end users to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support interfaces between Epic and ancillary applications (Change Healthcare, Nuance PowerScribe, Hyland OnBase, SureScripts, etc.).
  • Provide expertise in Cloverleaf interface engine and HL7 message structure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between Epic and vendor systems.
  • Design, document, and test interfaces and reports (SQL/database tools).
  • Coordinate system development, testing, and implementation, including after-hours updates.
  • Collaborate with analysts on installations, upgrades, and training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 4+ years of software support and project management experience required, preferably in healthcare.
  • Senior level experience with clinical practice management systems and reporting tools required.
  • Epic Bridges Interface certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days).
  • Experience with Cloverleaf HL7 interfaces.
  • Desired: Epic E-Prescribing and FHIR badges.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay Range:

$85,890.00 - $128,835.00

Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked.  Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
