Sizemore, Inc. is looking for Production Assemblers in Swainsboro, GA!

Pay rate: starts at $14.00/hour.

Shift available: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-3:30pm, Friday 6:00am-10:00am.

We offer weekly pay & benefits!

The Production Assembler is expected to build and assemble products and the parts connected to that product.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure output meets quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and escalate as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of previous experience in production assembly required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time.
