Shift available: Monday-Thursday 7:30a-3:30p and Friday 6:00a-2:00p

• Maintain and continuously develop a 5S system that addresses safety, housekeeping, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Perform manufacturing process completion transactions in Oracle.
• Perform Allocation functions consisting of multiple Oracle transactions.
• Grease bearings to ensure customer grease specifications are met.
• Weigh bearings to assure correct amount of grease is in each bearing.
• Plot SPC charts to depict variation in weights.
• Label and pack finished products to meet customer packing requirements.
• Perform multiple Oracle transactions for transferring parts amongst sub inventory locators
• Create and appropriately apply production labels to identify all parts in process
• Review expedite list to determine the priority for the dip tanks; (manual and spiral)
• Lube and pack parts to ship to Pack Center
• Lube parts for distribution and move to the “D” pack station
• Responsible for setting up grease equipment for bearings with correct grease with assistance
• Set-up packing equipment as necessary
• Rotational assignment at each work station for all tasks
• Move completed work to shipping
• Rag tumble bearings to remove excessive grease as needed
• Use of piece counting scale equipment
• Use of powered walk lift equipment training /certification will be required (training provided).
Essentially we need someone with basic computer skills and has the ability to push, pull, lift 30-40 pounds throughout the day.
Work is performed in a manufacturing area.
• This position has an exposure to moderate noise levels.
• Will be regularly required to sit and reach with hands, fingers, and arms.
• Will occasionally be required to stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Occasional lifting of 30-40 pounds required.
