We are hiring for Experienced Floor Techs in Smithfield, NC
Must have at least 6 months or recent experience operating floor equipment. Such as a riding floor scrubber or a stand behind floor scrubber.
Direct Hire, Full Time, 4-Day 10-hour Work Week!!!
Must be flexible to work 1 weekend shift per week! (Saturday or Sunday)
Night Shift Schedule: 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Pay: $16.50 per hour, Weekly pay on Friday!

We conduct 7-year background check and perform a drug test prior to employment. You must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to floor equipment operating, cleaning of equipment, preventative maintenance and other duties as assigned. This role does include station cleaning, parking lot sweeping, and general warehouse duties such as support to cardboard shuttle movement and housekeeping when needed.
At least 6 months of floor tech experience either on a riding floor scrubber or a stand behind floor scrubber.
Previous janitorial related experience is desirable.
Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.
Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy when dealing with any person no matter the circumstances.
Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in potential stressful and time sensitive situations.
Possess good problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize.
Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity.
Communicate effectively both verbally and written. Working Conditions: • Majority of work will be performed in a climate-controlled building.
Extensive walking or standing for extended periods of time.
May encounter bloodborne pathogens and bodily fluids.
Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs.
