Sizemore, Inc. is hiring an MP&L Specialist in Statesboro, GA!

Pay rate: $18.00/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm

Job Summary: The MP&L Specialist (sit-down forklift & pallet jack operator) is responsible for safely supporting supply chain operations, including collecting, loading, shipping, and receiving warehouse products. This role requires strict adherence to safety procedures while embodying Sizemore’s core values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety, and Teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport materials and equipment to designated areas within the facility

• Pick, wrap, and stage orders for shipment

• Perform cycle counts using scanning systems to ensure inventory accuracy

• Follow all safety rules and operational guidelines

• Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Forklift experience preferred

• Basic math, reading, and communication skills

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask

• Good hand-eye coordination

• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed instructions

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Must be at least 18 years old

Working Conditions

• Climate-controlled warehouse environment

• Ability to stand and move throughout a 400,000 sq. ft. facility for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed

• Availability to work weekends and overtime as required

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
