POSITION OVERVIEW
The IT Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting user identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and troubleshooting IAM-related issues under supervision of senior administrators and IT leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Assist with account creation, modification, and termination in accordance with IAM policies.
Support user onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure timely access provisioning.
Provide first-level troubleshooting for login and authentication issues.
Monitor and respond to IAM service requests and incident tickets.
Assist in enforcing access control standards and role-based access models.
Maintain accurate documentation of user access requests and approvals.
Perform periodic access reviews under direction of senior staff.
Escalate complex IAM issues to higher-level administrators.
Apply basic problem-solving skills to IAM issues.
Communicate clearly and provide good customer service to end users.
Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Work effectively under supervision while building IAM knowledge.
Other duties as assigned.

WHAT TO BRING
Associate’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, or SSO technologies.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and user provisioning processes.
Ability to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation if needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
