About the Role

The Front Desk Agent at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville sets the tone for each guest’s experience from arrival through departure. This role delivers warm, intuitive, and personalized service, creating meaningful moments by anticipating guest needs and providing thoughtful recommendations in a luxury hospitality environment.

What You Will Do

  • Welcome and register guests upon arrival, explaining accommodations and establishing credit or payment methods
  • Process guest departures by preparing, reviewing, and explaining billing statements
  • Respond to guest requests with personalized solutions that enhance satisfaction and create memorable experiences
  • Support guests pre-arrival and during their stay by identifying preferences and arranging services such as transportation, dining reservations, tours, and special requests
  • Conduct pre-arrival outreach to coordinate logistics, research vendors, and arrange customized guest experiences
  • Handle incoming and outgoing packages, messages, faxes, and mail accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve guest concerns and inquiries related to hotel services, operating hours, events, and local directions with professionalism and discretion
  • Communicate with guests in person, by phone, email, and through the Four Seasons chat and messaging platforms
  • Utilize OPERA, concierge systems, and guest recognition programs to track requests and ensure accurate billing
  • Maintain up-to-date desk collateral and strong local knowledge of Nashville attractions, dining, and entertainment
  • Collaborate with internal departments using internal systems, radios, and phones to ensure seamless service delivery

What You Bring

  • Previous front desk or front office experience preferred, particularly in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
  • Proven customer service experience with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OPERA or a similar PMS and cashiering functions preferred
  • Knowledge of the Nashville area is an asset
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Schedule & Hours

PART-time position
• Rotating schedules required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on hotel occupancy and operational needs
