francesca’s is writing a new story—one of reinvention, relevance, and bold growth. With 410 boutiques in 45 states, a fast-growing e-commerce business, and a powerful brand, we’re building something fresh in the world of accessible fashion. Following some hard but necessary chapters, we’re now on the rise—and we’re calling in strategic thinkers, boundary-pushers, and builders to shape what comes next.
This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the heart of francesca’s storytelling — where creativity, community, and connection come together. The Marketing Intern will play an active role in bringing our brand to life across social media, influencer partnerships, events, and public relations.
We’re not looking for someone to simply assist with tasks — we’re looking for a curious, driven, and creative thinker who wants to learn the inner workings of a fast-paced retail brand. Someone who’s passionate about social media and storytelling, eager to roll up their sleeves, and ready to make an impact.
This is a part-time internship running through Summer 2026, with flexibility to work remotely and the expectation to be in the Houston office as needed and support local brand events.
