Your Role in Action
Greet and prepare young patients—collecting vitals and medical history—and help make visits smooth and stress-free.
Prep exam rooms and equipment, assist clinicians with exams and minor procedures such as immunizations, casts, or dressings.
Assist with specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and accurate documentation in the EMR.
Support families by explaining procedures, answering questions, and helping them feel comfortable throughout the visit.
What You Bring to the Table
Registered Medical Assistant (RMA/CMA) credential required.
Preferred: 1+ year in a clinical setting, current Healthcare Provider CPR, familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, lab values, HIPAA, and infection control.
Strong critical thinking, multitasking ability, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills—especially with children and families.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and adaptability—plus a warm, patient-first demeanor.
