Your Role in Action

• Greet and prepare young patients—collecting vitals and medical history—and help make visits smooth and stress-free.

• Prep exam rooms and equipment, assist clinicians with exams and minor procedures such as immunizations, casts, or dressings.

• Assist with specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and accurate documentation in the EMR.

• Support families by explaining procedures, answering questions, and helping them feel comfortable throughout the visit.

What You Bring to the Table

• Registered Medical Assistant (RMA/CMA) credential required.

• Preferred: 1+ year in a clinical setting, current Healthcare Provider CPR, familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, lab values, HIPAA, and infection control.

• Strong critical thinking, multitasking ability, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills—especially with children and families.

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and adaptability—plus a warm, patient-first demeanor.
