In this role, you will be a key partner in advancing a culture of continuous improvement, patient safety, and regulatory excellence. You’ll collaborate across clinical and operational teams to turn insights into action—helping ensure every patient experience is safe, effective, and exceptional.
 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field

  • At least 3 years of healthcare experience with exposure to quality improvement and patient safety

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action

  • Experience with tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms

  • A passion for continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes

  • Clinical background (RN, PT, or similar)

  • Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification

  • Healthcare quality/safety certification

What You’ll Do

  • Turn Data into Action: Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that improve patient outcomes.

  • Drive Meaningful Change: Lead quality improvement initiatives using methodologies like root cause analysis and performance improvement frameworks.

  • Advance Patient Safety: Investigate safety events, near misses, and quality concerns to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Ensure Regulatory Excellence: Support compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and other regulatory standards.

  • Educate & Empower Teams: Provide training and guidance on safety practices, quality measures, and event reporting systems.

  • Build Strong Processes: Assist in designing and implementing safety protocols, quality controls, and standardized workflows.

  • Champion Inclusive Care: Support implementation of Language Access Procedures (LEP) and Age-Friendly Health System initiatives.

Shift:

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
