About the Role
We’re looking for a Patient Services Specialist (PSS) who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience for our patients—from their very first call to their final appointment.
Initially offered on a fixed-term basis, this role has the potential to become permanent based on performance and clinic needs.

The hourly rate range for this position is $22.77 - $24.77. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.

Minimum Education: High school or equivalent
