About This Role:
As the Sr. Manager, Field Market Access, you will strategically plan and manage access at a local level. You will collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure products availability for patients. Working closely with Care Managers and the regional market access team, you will ensure our market access programs align with overarching strategic goals. In addition, you will prepare and implement local educational plans to support future product launches.
What You’ll Do:
Critically assess drivers and barriers to drug program access to facilitate smooth implementation of reimbursement decisions.
Develop comprehensive strategies and tactical plans for fast and continuous patient access to therapies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders and remove access barriers at the local level.
Provide key data exchanges to hospital accounting departments and National Health Fund branches.
Monitor drug program implementation and conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
Plan and implement pharmacoeconomic tools and argumentation for the Polish market.
Prepare and update local healthcare stakeholder mappings.
Ensure continuous internal education on health regulations, health economics, and drug therapy value.
Maintain current knowledge of national and regional policies related to market access.

Required Skills:
University Degree.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a regional market access role within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
Expertise in healthcare services contracting, NHF planning, and budgeting processes.
In-depth understanding of the Polish healthcare system and its stakeholders.
Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work well both independently and within teams.
Proven ability to analyze, recommend, lead, and implement strategies cross-functionally.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Polish and English.
Superior problem-solving, time-management, organizational, and planning abilities.
Strong customer orientation and technical skills.
