Base Pay Range:

$74,988.52 - $112,482.78

Job Description:

The Revenue Cycle Sales Executive is a Full Time, Regular position working remotely, and reporting directly to the CEO. This position requires travel. Please submit a cover letter with your application to highlight why you would be a great candidate for this position. 

Pay Range: Total Compensation $150,000 plus with base salary and commissions, plus profit share. 

Summary: The Revenue Cycle Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, developing relationships with decision-makers, and closing new business. This role requires a motivated, results-oriented professional with experience in sales and a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management.

General Description: The Revenue Cycle Sales Executive provides coordinating skills and expertise together with proficient writing skills.  Organizational, communication (written, verbal and personal), problem solving, prioritizing and decision-making skills are routinely used in everyday activities.  The Revenue Cycle Sales Executive must be self-motivated, work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced office environment in meeting sales goals.  The Revenue Cycle Sales Executive interacts with other departments within IRCM, outside vendors and sales prospects, which include hospitals, clinics, FQHCs and others.

  • Identifies prospects, and secures new business opportunities within hospitals, medical practices, and healthcare organizations.
  • Develops and executes sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs and revenue cycle leaders.
  • Conducts outbound calls, emails, and networking to generate leads and schedule sales meetings.
  • Presents and articulates InlandRCM’s solutions, demonstrating the value of outsourcing RCM services to prospects and at events.
  • Negotiates contracts and manages the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Maintains accurate records tracking leads, sales activities, and forecasts.
  • Stays informed on industry trends, challenges, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • This position will be required to travel as much as 50% of the time. 
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

  • Adheres to departmental standards and personnel policies by demonstrating professional demeanor in conduct and appearance.
  • Follows company departmental standards and personnel policies by using good teamwork and communication skills to help identify concerns and solutions, assisting where needed to ensure a smooth functioning department.
  • Attendance is a requirement for this position.
  • Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  

  • Education:  High school diploma,
  • Experience: Two+ years of Sales or Business Development in Healthcare and in Revenue Cycle Management or Medical Billing required.
    • Experience in healthcare field is preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Familiarity with revenue cycle management, medical billing, EMR’s and the challenges faced by healthcare financial executives.
    • Ability to work independently, proactively drive business development, and meet sales targets.
  • Computer Skills: Experience with the following computer applications is desired: Outlook; Microsoft Office Suite; Workday; Internet/Intranet.
  • Background Check:
    • Must be able to pass a background check required by RCW 43.43.830-840 to work with children under the age of 16, developmentally disabled persons or vulnerable adults
    • To comply with provisions, set forth in Sections 1128 and 1156 of the Social Security Act, all new employees of Inland Imaging Business Associates will be checked against the LIST OF EXCLUDED INDIVIDUALS provided by the Department of Health & Human Services, Office of the Inspector General (OIG).  Employees must not be included on this list.  
  • Drug Test: Eligible employees must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test.
