Position Purpose:
Drives sales growth and strengthens customer relationships within an assigned market. This role maximizes revenue from existing accounts while generating new business, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills to engage customers, vendors, and branch operations. The Territory Manager partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent service, achieve sales goals, and enhance market presence and competitiveness. By collaborating across teams and acting as a trusted advisor, this role ensures customer satisfaction and delivers measurable results across a multi‑million‑dollar territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel Requirements:
Extensive travel within the assigned market to build and expand customer relationships, while also working closely with vendors and the inside sales team to effectively promote the company’s products and services.
Working Conditions:
Works in a hybrid environment, balancing in‑office and remote work to meet business needs. This fast‑paced, deadline‑driven role requires strong initiative and time‑management skills. Regular engagement with customers, vendors, and team members—through in‑person meetings, phone calls, and email—is essential to support relationship building and business growth.
