Job Summary
The Respiratory Therapist will possess excellent communication skills as well as interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of people of all ages. Practice ventilator management with autonomy following a universal ventilator protocol. - Work with new ventilator software and equipment - High quality respiratory care outside of the intensive care unit including respiratory assessments, secretion clearance, bronchodilator therapy, etc. - Opportunities to join multidisciplinary committees & quality improvement projects.
