Hear From Our Current PT Staff:
Cooley Dickinson seems to have juggled the delicate balance of meeting the patient needs and impressing upon us the importance of a busy efficient schedule without an overbearing pressure or unrealistic quotas.
I would also say that working in a hospital-based outpatient setting allows therapists to gain experience with a wide variety of patient diagnoses and we support each clinician with the ability to have 45 min. of one/one patient care time throughout the day.
What I like most about working here is that I can focus on providing quality care. I can treat the patient the way I want to.
Management listens, cares, and shows up but never micromanages.
Our facilities are clean, efficient, and well equipped.

EEO Statement:
At Mass General Brigham, our competency framework defines what effective leadership “looks like” by specifying which behaviors are most critical for successful performance at each job level. The framework is comprised of ten competencies (half People-Focused, half Performance-Focused) and are defined by observable and measurable skills and behaviors that contribute to workplace effectiveness and career success. These competencies are used to evaluate performance, make hiring decisions, identify development needs, mobilize employees across our system, and establish a strong talent pipeline.
