The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high-quality, low-cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care. This work stems from Mass General Brigham’s unified system strategy to bring healthcare closer to patients while lowering total healthcare costs. The Medical Group provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, specialty care, behavioral and mental health, and urgent care, both digitally as well as at physical locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion. We share the commitment to delivering a coordinated and comprehensive experience across all locations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites.

We are seeking a full-time, 37.5-hour RN to join our Urgent Care team in Lynn!
Urgent care, also called walk-in or express care, offers timely treatment for non-emergency conditions. We care for adults and children ages 3 and up, addressing a wide range of issues such as respiratory illnesses, infections, minor injuries, rashes, and stomach problems. Because patients often visit when they’re feeling unwell, our team prioritizes compassion and emotional support alongside quality medical care.

This role is located at 480 Lynnfield Street, 1A in Lynn, MA 01904. The schedule consists of working 3, 12.5-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend (both Saturday and Sunday). Since Urgent Care is a 7-day-per-week operation that delivers care during the day, evening, weekends, and holidays, the schedule for this role will require 2 on-call shifts per 4-week scheduling period, as well as overtime, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed.

If you are an RN with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team! In urgent care, you’ll assess and triage patients with a wide range of non-emergency conditions, make quick, informed decisions, and deliver efficient, compassionate care. Your role will consist of a variety of hands-on patient care responsibilities, including IV placements. If you’re new to this skill, we offer training to help you build confidence and proficiency. If you’re ready to use your expertise to provide exceptional care and exceed patients’ expectations, this might be the right role for you!
