Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues

 

Desired Qualifications

 

Associate Degree or completion of IT training program

 

IT Help desk experience

 

Experience with EPIC EMR

 

Responsibilities

Provides Help Desk technical assistance to the Infirmary Health user community by evaluating, trouble shooting, and resolving computer hardware/applications and pc-related software problems.  Investigates technical problems in all applications, network and pc support areas, and escalates unresolved matters to the appropriate recipient.
