Overview
Responsible for cleaning exhaust removal systems for the Casino Resort’s main kitchen and restaurant outlets.
Responsibilities
- Complies with all applicable codes governing the cleaning and degreasing of kitchen exhaust removal systems.
- Utilizes pressure washers, degreasing agents, and scraping blades to render the interior surfaces of the kitchen exhaust removal system to their original state of bare metal.
- Documents and communicates all leaks, damages, and inaccessible areas of the exhaust removal system.
- Clearly marks and tags all parts of the kitchen exhaust removal systems with date of service, date of next service, department information, Team Member’s certificate number and signature.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- Kitchen exhaust cleaning experience preferred.
- Must be capable of operating a pressure washer.
- Ability to complete Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning course required by department and obtain and maintain current Phil Ackland Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Certification.
- Must be able to complete and pass an OSHA Confined Space Entrance training course.
- Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, e-mail, and internet.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
- Native American hiring preference applies.
