Our Housekeeping Room Attendants play a key role in keeping the island oasis sparkling clean and ready for every guest to enjoy their slice of paradise.

🌺 Your Paradise Duties:

• Ensure guest rooms and suites are cleaned and refreshed to Margaritaville standards — crisp linens, spotless bathrooms, and a touch of tropical charm.

• Restock amenities and supplies so guests have everything they need to kick back and relax.

• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to keep our island safe and serene.

• Work efficiently and with pride — every detail counts when creating that laid-back luxury vibe.

• Provide friendly, “no worries” service that embodies the Margaritaville spirit.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
