We are seeking a results-driven and ethical Manager of facilities with strong leadership skills to manage and improve the efficiency of our organization's operations, working at out headquarters in Santa Monica.
The successful candidate must possess analytical and strategic thinking abilities, a talent for account reconciliation, ability to multi-task, and superior interpersonal skills. The noteworthy Manager of Facilities should streamline operations, ensure that administrative functions run smoothly, eliminate wastage, and improve our organization's financial standing through accurate expenditure monitoring.
Manager Of Facilities Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing & account reconciliation
Maintenance and repair logs
Departmental requests
Day to day building management
Updating executives on tasks and day to day operations
Vendor Management
Procurement
Event planning & coordination
Risk and Insurance
Manager Of Facilities Requirements:
Reliable and self-motivated

Bilingual Spanish preferred

Salary Range:
$60,500 - $70,512The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
