  • Support strategic planning with data-backed recommendations and system performance analysis
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Technology teams to align with company AI strategic goals

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business intelligence, or systems analysis
  • Advanced expertise in CRM analytics, particularly Salesforce administration, customization, and reporting best practices for extending platform capabilities
  • Proven experience with system integration methodologies and implementing cross-platform data flows
  • Demonstrated success implementing and managing agentic AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Experience with RFP automation tools is preferred (e.g., RFPIO/Responsive)
  • Ability to extract insights from multi-system datasets and communicate findings clearly.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, RFPs, customer journey, and revenue metrics.
