Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our SCBU team. In this role, you’ll support the team by facilitating the development of key efforts/ideas that feed the tactical execution of strategic initiatives across EBS. As our next key player within the EBS Management Team, you'll spearhead the transformation of concepts into actionable plans, setting the stage for future triumphs while seamlessly transitioning as projects move into execution mode.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Turn ideas into initiatives, and initiatives to execution. This role will kick off many efforts and set them up for future success but may step out as an effort moves into execution.
  • Be at the forefront of critical endeavors and CIO priorities spanning talent development, M&A, and beyond. You'll serve as the nexus of information flow, particularly among executive and leadership circles, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Orchestrate departmental and leadership meetings, shape impactful offsites, and optimize leadership team effectiveness. Your proactive approach will encompass managing and evaluating diverse CIO requests, fostering a culture of responsiveness and agility.
  • Proactively manage and assess CIO requests, including those from business partners, financial partners, and more.
  • Ensure readiness for CIOWG, STR (Strategic Technology Review), and other executive engagements. Smooth execution of special internal forums, executive and board meetings, public speaking, and customer engagements.
  • Drive positive change and continuous improvement initiatives by using change management principles, while adeptly managing the cultural and personnel aspects of organizational transitions.
  • Apply data-driven analytics to forecast future workforce needs, identify talent gaps, and develop actionable strategies for recruitment, training, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate across functional and organizational committees, sharing the department's perspective on critical topics while offering a critical approach toward protecting the technology critical initiatives.
  • Identify and take on ad-hoc strategic projects and roles within key committees - everything from defining new opportunities to driving key initiatives and closing any gaps across technology.
