What you will do:

You will provide a variety of information technology support services including but not limited to connectivity, hardware/software support, and overall Field IT incident & service request resolution. You will also provide support and delivery of Enterprise and Business Unit projects and initiatives.

How you will do it:

  • Hardware installation and support; PCs, tablets, mobility devices, printers, specialized devices

  • Software support

  • End-point vulnerability remediation

  • Enterprise and BU project demand (planned and unplanned)

  • Tech Hut services

  • PC Lifecycle Management including asset management tasks

  • Local infrastructure service support (Server, network, and VOIP)

  • On-site Smart Hands (support and liaison with 3rd party & internal JCI Support teams)

  • Local Mobile Administration

  • IT procurement

  • Access management (network share)

  • Local IT security compliance (comms room set-up, maintenance & access)

  • Assist compliance teams with audit tasks

  • Satellite office support

  • Vendor management

  • Deliver field IT Services in accordance with SLT's using Service Management toolset

  • Proactive customer communication and focus

What we look for:

Required

  • 6 years field or IT support

  • Networking knowledge

  • Cisco knowledge

  • Ability to routinely lift 20-50 lbs.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% to regional sites

Preferred

  •  2 year degree in IT, IS or a related field

This will be an on-site role at our Westford, MA office.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $69,800 - $87,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)  This position includes a competitive benefits package.
