Job Description

This position is responsible for providing general compliance support to the global IT department across the Fujifilm Biotechnologies (FLB) network. 

Principal Accountabilities:

• Operate, maintain any systems relating to BT&DS compliance.
• Ensure no overdue training items or site actions.
• Act as an author or tech approver for relevant BT&DS systems documents and perform assessments and updates to existing procedures.
• Support regulatory inspections, and customer and external audits directly, ensuring all documentation is retrieved in a timely manner.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for compliance activities, enabling the support of the company through this expertise.
• Manage and report the compliance data for Business Technology and Digital Solutions (BT&DS)
• Develop BT&DS training material to roll out to the wider department globally.
• Identify, gather, manage and report key metrics relating to the department compliance including the establishment of a governance forum for BT&DS to implement improvements to the organization.
• Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and departments to help define global standards for compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives relating to BT&DS compliance.
• And other job duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, with 2+ years of related experience, preferably in an IT compliance role or related role 
• 5+ years of experience working in a business administration environment.
• Relevant certifications are preferred (CISA, CISSP or similar).
• Proven experience of QA systems (events / deviations, CAPAs, change controls, Trackwise).
• Proven experience working with computerized systems.
• Proven experience in KPI management.
• Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background to deliver against role expectations.  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• The role must have knowledge of regulatory requirements and expectations.

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., GDPR)

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of data privacy laws are an advantage.

• Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS for example).

• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.

This is a global position that will support all our FUJIFILM Biotechnologies sites. This position can be based at any of our locations around the globe. Benefits and compensation will be governed by the location that you are based from and considered your home site.
