1.Have at least 3 years of independent leadership experience, practical and successful experience in lean aspects such as warehouse efficiency and 5S
2.More than 5 years of experience in warehouse receiving, shipping, and inventory management in mechanical factories
3.Ability to independently solve difficult problems, coordinate resources to solve team problems, strong ability to withstand pressure
4. two years of practical experience in English ERP system (receiving and shipping, inventory counting and adjustment), 
5. Simple English recognition ability, able to print and understand simple English labels
6.Proficient in team collaboration, with a sense of the big picture, strong communication skills and techniques
