Overview

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous law enforcement, Event Security or Military experience preferred.
• Previous Supervisory experience helpful

Responsibilities

- Conducts inquiries about alleged instances of negligence or misconduct. Coordinates activities with local and state law enforcement officials. - Prepares detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner. - Reviews all incident reports for accuracy submitted by Security Officers. - Directs and delegates responsibilities to the Security Officers. - Communicates all policy changes, memorandums, and special events daily. - Communicates with guests and other employees in a positive manner, both in oral and written forms. - Evaluates his/her subordinates’ performance. - Coordinates emergency situations. - Perform other duties as assigned.
