Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Associates Degree and or prior audit experience preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to plan, organize and prioritize work.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate across all levels within the organization, gaming commission, state regulators and external audit firms.
- Prior knowledge working with CMP, SDS, Bravo, Universal Desktop, LMS and TIS preferred.
- Prior knowledge in Title 31, BSA and PCI preferred.
- Must demonstrate 10-key skills as well as intermediate knowledge in Excel.

Responsibilities
The incumbent in this position is responsible for overseeing the daily audit of cage, slots, and non-gaming revenue areas. The incumbent is also responsible for monitoring work performed by Revenue Audit Clerks to ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies and procedures. Essential Functions: - Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Casino Tejon their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service. - Responsible for auditing all casino accounting activities. - Responsible for verification of paper trail of all casino monies as required by gaming regulations and Internal Controls. - Responsible for auditing jackpots, hopper fill, table fill and table credit transactions and the verification of attendance counts. - Responsible for the reporting of daily income. - Maintains manual accounting logs. - Responsible for all non-gaming audits. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
