Are you enthusiastic about hospitality, people, and beautiful places? By working at Yellowstone National Park, you will get all three! As the Warehouse Administrative Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions that keep the park running smoothly.

 

Job Summary:

This role includes accurately filling orders, managing paperwork for receiving and transfers, and maintaining an organized warehouse in Gardiner, MT. Responsibilities also involve answering phones and using Xanterra computer systems, with training provided.

 

The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: Early April 2026 to Mid October 2026Pay: $18.50/hourlySchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities

  • Fill orders as needed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Facilitate paperwork movement from computer to the floor
  • Process receiving and transfer paperwork properly
  • Keep track of printed form inventory
  • Keep all paperwork updated and filed
  • Answer phones
  • Use Xanterra computer systems. Training will be provided
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized

Qualifications

  • Must have a basic knowledge of computers
  • Must possess good phone skills
  • Must adhere to all uniform and appearance standards
  • Must possess good organizational skills

Physical Requirements include:

  • Must be capable of lifting objects of up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and lift throughout a 10 hour shift
