You’ll also…
- Assists Area Manager with managing associate performance utilizing all appropriate means including coaching, counseling and discipline. Assigns tasks, sets priorities, and monitors progress. Evaluates staff and initiates actions to resolve performance problems and associate conflicts.
- Motivates, inspires, and leads associates by consistently modeling proper standards and behaviors which are encompassed in Cleanliness, Courtesy, Service, Safety, and Integrity.
- Manages a flexible schedule to ensure appropriate leadership coverage for assigned locations, including time for stocking, cleaning, overseeing cash handling procedures, and developmental time with direct reports.
- Works closely with Area Manager and reviews sales reports on a regular basis to identify best/worst products. Ensures all retail locations within respective area are replenished according to sales and proper inventory levels. Places orders through the warehouse and direct vendors.
- Monitors cash over/short reports on a regular basis. Works closely with Area Manager and Merchandise auditors to identify problem areas.
- Provides an unparalleled level of guest service, experience, and engagement. This includes answering questions, directing guests to locations within the park, and resolving any inconveniences.
- Coordinates with visual merchandising team to maintain impactful displays in retail locations through out the season.
- Performs periodical and physical inventories for assigned area within department.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Candidates must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday for Summer operation.
- We’re looking for candidates who have FULL AVAILABILITY meaning they’re able to work opening and/or closing shifts.
- **Ideally looking for candidates available to work up to 8 hr. shifts.
- This is a seasonal position, and we’re looking for candidates who can work a minimum of 3 months through the end of the year.
