Are you enthusiastic about hospitality, people, and beautiful places? By working at Yellowstone National Park, you will get all three! As apart of the Employee Housing Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day functions that keep the Dormitories running smoothly.
Job Summary:
As apart of the Housing Management team you will oversee the daily management of employee dormitories and housing staff. This includes oversight of employee housing and assignments, enforcing all housing policies and procedures, and ensuring that seasonal employees have the best living situation possible while maximizing bed usage and applying fair consistent room assignment practices at all times. This position will also ensure the Housing staff is actively building communities throughout residences.

Pay: $1,652-$1,728/bi-weeklySeason Dates: March - NovemberSchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (includes weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Lead and develop Housing, Residence, and Dorm Coordinator teams through daily supervision, coaching, and performance management.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming community by planning and hosting regular dorm events and informational meetings.
Administer corrective and disciplinary actions for housing violations, collaborating with HR when sensitive issues arise.
Oversee residence facility operations, including occupancy preparation, weekly inspections, safety standards, and closing procedures.
Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Security to address housing, behavioral, and dormitory concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
Manage housing administration and budgets, ensuring accurate personnel records, payroll, supply tracking, and timely documentation.
Maintain strong communication with staff and departments, ensuring confidentiality and consistent adherence to company policies.
Oversee employee RV site management, ensuring compliance with NPS policies and proper maintenance.
