Overview

A lovely family in Miami is looking for a long-term, full-time, live-out, executive housekeeper. The role starts as soon as possible. Relocation is not being offered. Local candidates only. This role will work alongside an existing staff including a chef and assistant. The general schedule will be Monday through Friday, with a start time between 9-10am with flexibility to stay later to help with occasional dinners or parties. Weekend work is rare and only with notice. No travel will be required. 

Responsibilities

• All aspects of housekeeping for the home 
• Deep cleaning on a schedule
• Laundry for the family 
• Daily tidying and organization- maintain current organizational systems and establish new ones as needed 
• Packing and unpacking the principals for travel 
• Working together with other staff as needed 
• Running errands as needed
• Occasional transportation of teenagers (very little care required outside of driving) 
• Pet care including dog sitting for a week at a time at the home a few times per year

Qualifications

• Experience and training in cleaning high-end fixtures, furniture, and clothing
• Organized, detail-oriented, and know how to maneuver around a busy home 
• Dedicated, loyal, and trustworthy
• Team player and proactive 

Requirements

• 8+ years of housekeeping experience in private homes
• At least 4 years of experience with the same family
• US work authorization
• Comfortable with pets including dogs 
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record 

Salary and Benefits

$35+ per hour depending on experience
