We’re hiring a Location Accountant to Live. Work. Explore. this summer!

 

Job Summary:Ensuring the security and compliance of cash handling procedures in collaboration with Location Managers and staff, while also entering daily Food & Beverage tip information and maintaining the desk policy manual. 

 

The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: late-May through late-September 2026Pay: TBDSchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of the cash operations and procedures required by National Park Services and Glacier National Park lodges.
• Work with Location Managers and staffs to make sure cash procedures are implemented and maintained.
• Enter daily Food & Beverage tip information into spreadsheets.
• Maintain, update and revise the Location Accountant desk policy and procedure manual as needed.
• Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years experience in large volume cash handling and working in hotels.  
• Ability to work with highly confidential information in a confined, high security area.
• Must have extensive computer knowledge in Excel and Word.
• Must be extremely detailed oriented. 

Physical Requirements include:

• Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
