Qualifications

• A Secondary School diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education with a background in electronics.
• 1+ years’ hands on working experience in a Slot Operations or Electronics area.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication.
• Working knowledge of computer software packages and the ability to troubleshoot electronic equipment.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements.
• An ability to work in a physically demanding area and be familiar with a high-volume, fast paced, shift work environment.

• The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to excessive noise and constant exposure to general public. 

Responsibilities

  - Supports the excitement on the gaming floor by assisting with new slot machine installs, software upgrades, theme conversions and slot machine moves. - Assists with jackpot wins by ensuring slot machine integrity. - Performs preventative maintenance on machines and casino equipment to ensure the integrity and proper functionality of casino equipment. - Responsible for documenting, reporting and sharing information. - Ensure the cleanness of their working areas and the gaming floor. - Ensure prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations. - Other duties as assigned
