Overview
Transports resort guests and passengers to various destinations in company limousines or appropriate vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests with a sincere and gracious welcome.
- Provides for all their needs upon arrival and departure.
- Assists passengers in handling luggage and large packages.
- Provides information to passengers on resort promotions and local attractions.
- Provides a fond farewell to all guests.
- Performs routine safety inspections of the livery vehicles at the beginning of each shift.
- Ensures that the livery vehicles are clean at all times, both inside and outside.
- Ensures that the livery vehicles are adequately fueled at all times.
- Ensures that the livery vehicles are stocked and prepared in accordance to service standards and requests.
- Operates all vehicles safely and in compliance with all motor vehicle laws and speed limits.
- Drives assigned route and follows itinerary.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- Possession of California Class B driver license with passenger (P) endorsement and acceptable driving record is preferred.
- Two years of prior experience in transporting passengers.
- One year of prior experience as it pertains limousine chauffeuring.
- Knowledge of local, regional, and state attractions, destinations, and routes.
- Knowledge of Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County wineries.
- Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, email, and internet.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
- Native American hiring preference applies.
