Overview

A busy and loving family of 5 in New Canaan, CT, is seeking a long-term, full-time nanny. The schedule will be Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 6 pm. The family has three children, ages 4, 3 and 1 years old. They are looking for a warm and loving person to help run the household smoothly and bring sense and calm, structure to the home. This person should be able to travel 2 or 3 times a year. This person has to be highly attuned to children's needs and patient with three active boys. This person should be okay with a stay-at-home mom. If you would like to live-in, the option would be to live-in Monday through Friday only. 

Responsibilities

• Be able to be energetic with the children
• Help set boundaries and positive discipline
• Engage them with activities 
• Fun to help them learn and grow
• Help make meals and snacks
• Laundry and tidy the household
• Organizing engaging activities for toddlers,
• Changing baby, maintaining baby schedule,
• Helping to put kids down for naps
• Helping run to the groceries or other family errands

Requirements

• Driver's License 
• Must be able to swim

Salary and Benefits

• $35-40/hr +
• Annual performance bonus
