Joining our Great America team means you’ll ensure guest and associate safety in operations while providing an efficient and engaging ride experience. 

You’ll also... 

• Oversee daily operation of an assigned area, ensuring a safe and efficient environment while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized attention and service. 

• Provide outstanding Guest service and cultivates an environment where all Team Members share the same commitment to high-quality service. 

• Assist in managing aspects of Operation to include staffing, training, and emergency response protocols. 

• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture to enhance associate retention, motivation & morale. 

• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to procedures; coach and empower the team, offering constructive feedback and ensure accountability to promote a safety culture. 

• Coordinate and perform training, including location training, in-service training and frequent daily auditing.

Qualifications

• You!
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Candidates must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday for Summer operation.
• We’re looking for candidates who have FULL AVAILABILITY meaning they’re able to work opening and/or closing shifts for the Spring Operating season.
  • **Ideally looking for candidates available to work up to 8 hr. shifts.
• This is a seasonal position, and we’re looking for candidates who can work a minimum of 3 months through the end of the year.
